DJ Trish’s love of soul music started back in the early 80’s when her Monday nights would be spent at Ilford Town Hall, listening to the late great Froggy! She started DJing in 2012 when she met Peter P, who took her under his wing and when she joined the Soul Syndicate.
I’ve had various residencies over the years including Rendevous Chadwell Heath, Bertie’s, Seven Kings and Soulcity at The George Pub and Pandora’s Wine Bar, Hornchurch. With lots of gigs in between, a few that stand out are DJing at The Streetsounds events alongside Fatback Band, Rose Royce, Leroy Burgess and Sugarhill Gang and of course the annual Frogmarch where we all come together to pay homage to the late great Froggy. I am also part of the SHUK team, DJing at the Bournemouth Soul Weekender and Turkey and the Soul Nights Out in Essex team with gigs in London & Essex.
